Women and Democracy Association (KADEM), is a non-governmental, civil women organization .Its mission is to achieve legal, democratic and social developments about women’s rights, by establishing a collective consciousness in society and empowering women’s active participation in socio-cultural, economic and political life to build a strong and vibrant society to contribute to the sustainable development and strengthening of democracy, the rule of law and respect to human rights and fundamental freedoms through protection of women’s rights. KADEM aims empowering women in every sphere of life and is engaged in a set of activities and projects to this end.
Members of the Board at DBWC hosted Mrs. Sare Aydın Yılmaz, President of Kadem and Mrs. Sezen Güngör, External Relationship Director of KADEM . The meeting consisted of discussions around possible collaborations between both organizations who shares the same vision in empowering the business women community in their respective countries.
