Dubai Business Women Board Members Meet with JP Morgan Management to Discuss Possible Collaboration and Partnership

The Dubai Business Women Council’s Board Members met with Mr. Karim Tannir, Head of Investment Banking MENA, JP Morgan and Mrs Tara Smyth, Head of the Middle East Team at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, Geneva and Co‐Founder of the EMEA Private Bank Women’s Network, as well as a few other representatives from the senior management of JP Morgan.

The meeting focused on the women empowerment in the financial markets, role of the private bank and the investment bank to assist family business and promote private investments and discussed thematic intentional investment ideas.

 

The DBWC Board Members introduced themselves and gave a brief overview of their private businesses as well as their involvement with the Council. The meeting also highlighted the mission and main objectives of the council and the initiatives that DBWC have been and are currently involved in as well as the diverse program of workshops and trainings seminars that DBWC provides to its members to empower them and provide them with the opportunity to enhance and develop their business skills.
