The Dubai Business Women Council hosted the first out of the three part interactive master class journey of self-discovery on the third of October Facilitated by Omar Ismail MSc, MNLP and Managing Director of Executive Leadership Training.

The sponsoring thought of this master class series is that women are powerful and they have all the resources they need to be hugely successful in both their personal and professional lives. The first step in creating a powerful presence and having highly effective relationships is knowing oneself. During this first master class our members were introduced to Transactional Analysis psychotherapy theory in the context of who you are being in order to start a journey of self-discovery to unlocking your full potential.
