I’m an Italian qualified lawyer with 16 years of experience in legal matters involving UAE and GCC countries.

I have been working and living in the UAE since 2016, with the aim to have a real and practical legal and cultural experience and knowledge “in and of” the country.

I have gained local expertise regarding legal affairs in the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries while working at the Italian Desk of a leading local law firm practicing in the territory. Later, I have founded Anna Legal Consultancy, a firm specialised in legal, administrative and corporate matters, offering legal counsel and strategic advice to international clientele in various fields.

The firm's areas of practice include every aspect of commercial and corporate law, including company formation, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements (distribution, agency, service, franchising and lease agreements), employment law, intellectual property protection, family matters, tax advice, litigation.
