1. Introduction
Welcome to the Dubai Business Women Council (“DBWC”). By applying for membership, you are seeking to join a professional network committed to business development, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
This document outlines the benefits, limitations, responsibilities, and governing conditions of DBWC membership.
2. Membership Benefits
As a DBWC Member, you may receive access to:
- A professional network of women entrepreneurs and executives
- Educational workshops, masterclasses, and expert-led sessions
- Invitations to exclusive member-only events and forums
- Access to the DBWC Members Directory
- Visibility opportunities through approved promotional features (subject to applicable terms and conditions)
- Official DBWC communications regarding initiatives and programs
All benefits are provided at the sole discretion of DBWC and may be modified, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.
3. Limitations of Membership
By proceeding, you expressly acknowledge that:
- DBWC does not share personal contact details of members, speakers, or partners.
- DBWC does not provide direct referrals, introductions, or external contact access.
- DBWC does not guarantee business growth, profitability, client acquisition, or commercial outcomes.
- Marketing channels are reserved exclusively for DBWC-related communications.
- Membership does not entitle a member to automatically lead, host, or facilitate sessions or events.
Business success depends solely on the individual member’s initiative and engagement.
4. Membership Obligations
Members agree to:
- Submit inquiries exclusively through official DBWC communication channels.
- Register in advance for events (first-come, first-served basis).
- Respect guest policies and registration requirements.
- Use DBWC platforms ethically and professionally.
- Refrain from misuse of the network for unauthorized solicitation.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
5. Fee and Duration
- Membership is annual.
- The membership fee is AED 1,500, payable in full as a single payment.
- Fee is non-refundable.
6. Screening, Approval & Revocation
- All membership applications are subject to review and approval by DBWC Management.
- DBWC reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke membership at its discretion.
- Membership may be revoked in cases of misconduct, policy violations, reputational harm, or misuse of DBWC platforms.
7. Amendments
DBWC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
