Managing Performance while remote working during COVID-19

Tuesday May 19, 2020

4:00PM UAE Local Time

The COVID-19  pandemic has forever changed the way businesses operate. Remote working is now a legal option and common practice as employees in the UAE quickly transitioned to working from home within a short period. As the UAE moves towards a phased gradual return to the work, key factors need to be considered to ensure performance and business targets and objectives are achieved.

During this webinar, we will cover:

  • Considerations for performance management during COVID-19;
  • Adjustments and effective performance management process during COVID-19;
  • How to discipline and/or terminate an employee due to capability whilst remote working;
  • Contractual amendments and review of HR policies in light of COVID-19.
