ZeeArts in collaboration with the Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, is launching the Women Art Therapy- (WAT), workshop on 27^th October 2018 at The Retreat Palm Dubai, by the artist activist Zaahirah Muthy,  to unleash creative techniques to improve mental health and wellness through a fun approach by focusing on the “ME’. The objective is to help women to connect and center within themselves through art. Participants will travel in the past, acknowledge their present and visit their future; you don’t really need to be an artist to participate. Join us for a fun and exploring journey. The fees include the art materials, canvas and a healthy breakfast.
