WOMENA's Angel Series workshops provide an opportunity for you to learn the basics of angel investing from some of the most qualified experts in the MENA region. Shahram specialises in venture capital, corporate and real estate law. He assists start-up businesses with matters critical to their success and growth. This includes advising on company formation, intellectual property issues, shareholder agreements, corporate governance matters, and stock options, as well as on a number of commercial contracts, including licensing and distribution.
Shahram will be leading a session on term sheets.

Kaveh Vessali
Senior Partner, nexGen Advisory Group & Senior Advisor, Smart Dubai Office and Dubai Open Data Committee
Kaveh has spent over 15 years in Silicon Valley, first as a founder and executive in several software startups, and later as a strategy, marketing, and product executive at Siebel Systems, SAP, and most recently Global Vice President of Public Sector Solutions at Salesforce.com.
Kaveh will be sharing his expertise on creating and assessing financial projections.
