Linda McLoughlin is an accredited Professional Certified Coach and is currently Placement Director and Senior Lecturer at the School of Business and Management at the American University of Sharjah. She specializes in coaching women leaders to achieve their potential and in working with organizations to promote gender diversity and address unconscious bias. She has consulted widely in the field of women’s leadership; talent management and organization development in Eastern and Central Europe; the European Union; South America and Africa. in women’s leadership development; managing change; conflict coaching and teambuilding.
