DBWC will work towards raising the profile of the Council by developing strategic partnerships with the most prominent of these groups in order to facilitate initiatives to

• promote women in the business community and provide a framework to help empower women in the MENA region
• support mentor programs to enhance the promising leadership talent in the Arab world and the extraordinary potential of the UAE Youth in order to bridge the gap between students, organizations and working professionals
• to ensure the establishment of a creative ‘think tank’ to highlight initiatives designed to contribute to the UAE economy and engender corporate social responsibility
• encourage female role models to come up from the ranks and inspire other women around the world, especially in the Arab region, to discover their true potential. Women form more than half the population and the region has adequate resources and an enlightened regime to realise this dream
