Training Workshop
Crafting a Winning Business Plan
July 4th - 5th 2010
Dubai Chamberinvites you to attend a training workshop titled “Crafting your Winning Business Plan”.
The training will include two half day sessions on the best practices of writing a practical and successful business plan. The training will be taught by Shadi Banna, Consultant, Co-founder, and Managing Partner of Potential (www.potential.com).
The two day session will be divided into six modules:
1. Introduction to Business Planning;
2. The Key Sections of a Business Plan;
3. Setting Goals & Objectives;
4. Creating your Marketing Plan;
5. Operations Planning; and
6. Financial Planning and Projections.
The information will be presented in two half day sessions, which will allow participants to prepare a draft of their business plan in the afternoon. Participants will have the opportunity to receive feedback on their completed business plan.
Business owners, senior managers, and individuals wanting to improve their knowledge and skills in preparing
a business plan are encouraged to attend.

Time: 9:00 am to 1:30 pm (second half of the day is reserved for writing of one’s business plan)

*Fees: AED 550 for Dubai Chamber Members; AED 650 for Non-Members
*Fees are inclusive of lunch, valet parking, course material, and a Dubai Chamber certificate.
