Lynn Al Khatib, Executive Coach and Vice President of Communications at Chalhoub Group, brings almost 20 years of experience in corporate and brand communications. Her expertise includes developing corporate brand strategies, media relations, internal communications, events, stakeholder engagement, and digital and social media strategies.
In 2024, Lynn expanded her work by becoming an executive coach, partnering with leaders and C-suite executives to support their thought leadership, personal branding, and communication strategies.That same year, Lynn led The Skincare Edition, the first skincare summit of its kind in the Middle East, held at Hia Hub 4.0 in Riyadh. The event featured over 22 brands, B2B speakers, consumer experiences, and panels, creating a space for meaningful conversations and insights between experts and consumers.
Before joining Chalhoub Group, Lynn held key roles at Nestlé, where she led Middle East Corporate Communication and later worked as Global Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Communication Manager at Nestlé S.A. in Switzerland. These roles gave her valuable experience in bridging corporate, scientific, and consumer communications on both regional and global levels.
Lynn is a strong advocate for Women in Leadership and is committed to giving back to the communication industry. She serves on the strategy boards of MEPRA and Global Women in PR (GWPR),; and contributes to the PRCA Mental Wellbeing Chapter in the UAE. Known for her practical and approachable style, she regularly moderates events and panels with executives and industry leaders.
Outside of work, Lynn finds joy in connecting with others and mentoring, while balancing her career with her role as a mother of two. She remains passionate about empowering people and contributing to the development of the communication industry.
