CARLOS PALLERO

With an extensive academic and professional background in the fields of psychology and education, Carlos Pallero is an innovator in the world of learning. His vast academic experience includes an undergraduate degree in Educational Psychology and Pedagogy, a Master in NLP Educational Coaching and Emotional Intelligence and a Master in Neuropsychology and Education. Additionally, Carlos is a qualified primary school teacher, special education counsellor, educational coach and NLP trainer and practitioner.

As an educator at IE University, Carlos teaches in the fields of psychology, pedagogy and executive education. His professional experience also encompasses his work as the founder and director of Mente Colectiva, an educational consulting agency that implements specialized neuro-learning programs in international schools. Carlos has also directed strategic initiatives aimed at a variety of educational institutions on behalf of the Maecenas Foundation.

Fundamentally, Carlos is driven by a commitment to helping students from all backgrounds attain educational excellence through innovative and meaningful teaching methods.
