Rebecca is a Venture Partner with Mindshift Capital, the only gender-lens venture capital fund with a base in the Middle East. With nearly 15 years of GCC experience, Rebecca is passionate about generating value in her portfolios and is actively advising startups across emerging markets including the Middle East and Asia Pac.
Over her career, Rebecca has worked with Founders, CEOs and shareholders across more than 100 companies and has overseen an investment portfolio with more than US1bn in assets.
With Mindshift Capital raising its first fund, Rebecca is part of a team of passionate entrepreneurs and investors building a new funds management business to invest in female-led start-ups, with a focus on food tech, health tech, fintech and edtech.
Rebecca is a founding member of the Middle East Advisory Committee of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
