Our partner, Women@work is proud to launch their first-ever partnership with Amazon to support women in the MENA region via our networking and educational event.  The virtual event will be hosted on 22nd September at 12pm UAE time. We will be inspired by stories from leaders within the business, who will share their journeys to success, together with an overview of Amazon’s inclusive leadership principles which drive diversity and inclusion throughout the organisation. In addition, we will gather practical advice on how the Amazon recruitment process works, which will undoubtedly provide you with an advantage if you aspire to be a part of Amazon in the future!

We will also hold an interactive Q&A with the Amazon leaders and hiring managers, where all attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions. The Amazon team will also review attendees’ CV’s and connect with relevant profiles for future positions.

For this event we are focusing on two key growth areas within the Amazon business and looking for members of our community from UAE, KSA and Egypt who have backgrounds within large complex organisations within:

• Field Operations, including; Site Management, Operations, Logistics – all with a plant background in distribution or manufacturing
• Program Management, including; Supply Chain Specialists, Distribution Management, Consultancy and Program Management
