Leadership Deep Dive was developed and is delivered by the faculty at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, including some of the most sought-after experts such as Dr. Richard Boyatzis and Dr. David Cooperrider.

Drs. Boyatzis and Cooperrider’s work on Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry has captured the attention of academics and practitioners alike. Together with their Weatherhead colleagues, they have led significant discoveries and pioneered new practices that have transformed the leadership skills of countless executives. This faculty team works closely with the Leadership Deep Dive participants in order to leverage their current leadership skills, identify their opportunities for leadership growth, and give them real tools to prepare for the next level of leadership.

Early in 2013, CCM Consultancy launched Leadership Deep Dive with tremendous success, having senior executives from Dubai Airports, Aggreko International, DP World, Zubair Automotive Group, NB Pharma, Sanofi, Ali Akbar Group and Delta Lighting in attendance, to name a few. Many of these companies are sending additional delegates this year based in the success being seen from last year’s program. Executives are taken on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, while learning how to tap into true Emotional Intelligence and become Resonant Leaders.
