Program Brief - Global debt increased after the 2008 financial crisis and most of that increase is due to government borrowing, but businesses have also borrowed more. The unemployment rate has risen, and the impact of pandemic is impacting the cash flows. Corporation Debt has grown significantly over the last decade and has extended its reach to a wide range of countries around the world; interest rates are at an all-time low. While this is good news, but it also has vulnerabilities because corporate defaults are still above the 30-year average, and we can expect more defaults these issues will be discussed by the subject experts in the Conference.
