Positive Leadership (PL) is about training key workplace behaviors that can help you distinguish yourself and support your long-term success. PL is based on three key pillars: training our mind, positively developing our work environment and changing behaviors.
One of the challenges is that changing the way we think and our behaviors can be very difficult, even if you are highly motivated. In this session we will focus on Positive Development – how emotions are much more relevant than we think and the correlation between performance and emotions.
