Crises are never to be wasted. They are often catalysts for change, highlighting what no longer works and forcing us to stretch outside our comfort zone and innovate. As we are settling into (or not) what is becoming a new normal, boundaries between the private and the public sphere are being redefined. This conversation invites all participants to navigate these blurred lines effectively and discuss proven ways of making it work for both individuals and companies: 

• Can working remotely be actually the most innovative organisational tool we “stumbled” onto? 
• New aspirations, mental blocks, skill sets?
