Leadership Success Formula unveiled to participants

August 27, 2013 - Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) recently concluded its latest Network Majlis which ran under the theme ‘Global Leadership Insights for Women Entrepreneurs & Leaders.’ Kelly Watkins, a Global Thought Leader and the President of US-based communications and training firm Expressive Concepts, presided over the session.
DBWC organizes a monthly ‘Network Majlis’ to share information, knowledge, skills and best practices for its members. In this year’s August edition, Watkins discussed the top challenges faced by women leaders all over the world and how women can use global leadership practices to drive personal, profesisonal and corporate growth. She also shared the Leadership Success Formula and taught the audience how to conquer key concepts to be a more effective leader and entrepreneur. Kelly Watkins has impeccable credentials as an international speaker and consultant. She has witnessed first-hand leadership on all seven continents and has authored five books and hundreds of articles. Watkins is Global Ambassador for The International Alliance for Women and serves on the US Department of Commerce’s District Export Council. She is also the founder of both the online Leadership Academy for Global Women and the Leadership Foundation for Arab Women website.
