DBWC Group Photo 2010Organised under the theme "Building the Strategy Execution Capabilities", the DBWC Network Majlis discussed the rationale behind Strategy Maps and the importance of a measurement system in evaluating a company's performance.

The key points discussed during the session included the foundations for successful strategy execution, the relevance of sound objectives to provide clear direction for any organization, the Balanced Scorecard, and the core of a Performance Management Framework. Participants also learned about the relevance of having robust KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to provide clear direction for the organization, and the magnitude of good strategy governance to effectively manage the execution journey.

Dubai Business Women Council has certainly done an excellent job in establishing the Network Majlis as a dedicated platform that supports the development of successful women leaders in the society."
