Developing your Customer's Persona Network Majlis by SEED Entrepreneurship Center

The Dubai Business Women Council hosted a workshop for its members on May 2nd which was conducted by the CEO of SEED Entrepreneurship Centre, Slama Kayali. Salma is the lead organizer of Start-up Weekend Dubai, as well as Al Ain and RAK. She believes that in order to build an ecosystem for entrepreneurs, such high impact initiatives are critical.

The session discussed customer acquisition and retention, the driving forces for a start-up's success and the number one priority of which the survival of a start-up rest.
