DBWC explores how good leaders become great

Tamayyaz facilitates session on exceeding as a leader

Dubai, UAE, 20 April 2016 - The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), the official representative organization for business women, both professionals and entrepreneurs, in the Emirate of Dubai, hosted a workshop in collaboration with Tamayyaz on ‘How good leaders become great.” Rita Rizk, Managing Director of Tamayyaz, facilitated the session on discovering the characteristics of a good leader, understand the four leadership styles, how to adapt your own leadership style according to situations and employees’ capabilities and the typical leadership behaviors for organizational success.
