DBWC and CCM Consultancy launches four part series on Delivering a Differentiated Customer Experience

First module outlines the understanding of the market and a customer’s expectations

Dubai, UAE, 25 January 2016 - The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), have launched a four part series in collaboration with CCM Consultancy on Delivering a Differentiated Customer Experience, with the first module, hosted today, on understanding the market and a customer’s expectations.

The series was developed to teach members how to build a unique and memorable customer experience within a business. In today’s fast-paced and highly competitive environment, businesses, large and small, are looking for ways to stand out in the crowd.

“Companies are looking for ways to win new clients, and retain them,`’said HE Dr. Raja Easa Saleh Al Gurg, President of DBWC. “We’ve collaborated with CCM Consultancy before and their workshops provide valuable insight to our members and this series, in particular, will help them differentiate themselves this year, especially as we foresee a change in the economical climate.”

Commenting on the first module, Edward Matti, CFP, Managing Partner at CCM Consultancy, said: ‘In an increasingly competitive market, the winners are those organizations who do not just provide good customer service but more importantly, deliver an experience that clearly differentiates them from the competition in a way that is relevant and compelling for their customers.”

During the interactive session, Edward took the members through a journey to understand ‘Customer Experience’ better while explaining the difference between good service and brilliant experiences, what the key customer trends today are and what the future will hold. Edward also provided some clear examples of organizations that do it well and why and then took a look at whether some of the members organization were market ready and what their first steps to success may be.

The next session will be taking place on Monday 8 February at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, entitled: Practical Application of the Customer Journey.
