Successful Conclusion of the DBWC Mentorship Programme

The DBWC Mentorship Programme concluded successfully, marking the completion of another impactful cycle dedicated to fostering professional growth, meaningful connections, and leadership development. The programme received highly positive feedback from both mentors and mentees through the post-programme surveys, reflecting high levels of satisfaction with the overall experience, the quality of mentor-mentee engagement, and the value of the knowledge exchanged throughout the journey.

To further enrich the programme, DBWC delivered a series of Accelerator Sessions tailored to the development areas identified by participants in their programme applications. These sessions provided both mentors and mentees with practical skills and valuable insights that extend beyond the mentoring relationship and can be applied throughout their personal and professional lives. The sessions included "Leading Stakeholder Communications Like A Pro" in collaboration with Weber Shandwick, "Unlocking Scale: How SMEs Build Efficiency Through Smart Systems" with Odoo, "Strengthening Compliance: Insights from the UAE Tax System for Business Leaders" with the Federal Tax Authority, and the "Mentoring Skills Workshop" with SPARK Leadership. Together, these sessions enhanced the mentorship experience, reinforced essential leadership and business capabilities, and further demonstrated DBWC's commitment to delivering programmes that create lasting value for its members.
