Mentoring Skills Workshop: Enhancing Mentoring Practices for Sustainable Leadership Growth

Building on the success of its Accelerator sessions, the Dubai Business Women Council continued to deliver impactful learning experiences through the final session of the Mentorship Programme Cycle 7 Accelerator, “Mentoring Skills Workshop with SPARK Leadership.” The session marked a significant milestone within the mentorship journey, bringing together the knowledge, experiences, and practical tools developed throughout the programme to further enhance participants’ mentoring capabilities and leadership impact.

The workshop focused on strengthening essential mentoring and communication skills that extend beyond the mentorship framework, serving as valuable capabilities applicable across professional environments and everyday interactions. Participants explored practical approaches to effective mentoring, active listening, meaningful conversations, and building stronger connections, enabling them to apply these skills throughout the remainder of their Cycle 7 mentorship journey, which continues until July 2026.

Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, the final Accelerator session reinforced the importance of continuous development, empowering participants to translate their learnings into action, build sustainable leadership habits, and create meaningful impact within their professional communities.
