As part of the Business in Action Series, the Dubai Business Women Council partnered with Odoo to deliver the session “Advisory to Impact: How Consultants Drive Real Organizational Change with Odoo.” The session examined the critical role of advisory services in helping organizations navigate transformation, improve operational performance, and align business processes with strategic objectives. Our members explored approaches to managing change effectively, enhancing organizational efficiency, and leveraging digital solutions to support growth and competitiveness.
