As part of its Accelerator Sessions series for participants of the DBWC Cycle 7 Mentorship Programme, the Dubai Business Women Council, in collaboration with Odoo, delivered a practical workshop entitled “Unlocking Scale: How SMEs Build Efficiency Through Smart Systems.”

Designed for SME founders and professionals, the session focused on how digital transformation, automation, and integrated business solutions can help businesses strengthen their operations, improve productivity, and scale more effectively.

Through interactive discussions and practical demonstrations, participants explored CRM and workflow automation, integrated accounting and reporting systems, AI-powered productivity tools, data-driven decision-making, and process optimisation.

The session equipped participants with practical tools and strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve financial visibility, and support sustainable growth.
