“Leading Stakeholder Communications Like A Pro” – Accelerator Session with Weber Shandwick.

As part of the accelerator component of the DBWC Mentorship Programme (Cycle 7), a targeted capacity-building session was delivered in collaboration with Weber Shandwick, aligned with participants’ identified development needs.

Led by Ghaleb Zeidan, Regional Managing Director and Rima Ali , Associate Director, the session focused on enhancing participants’ ability to effectively manage and communicate within a complex stakeholder ecosystem. It expanded beyond traditional stakeholder groups to include employees, suppliers, regulators, and wider community actors, reinforcing their role in sustainable business growth.Participants were introduced to practical frameworks for stakeholder mapping, prioritization, and tailored communication. The session emphasized strategic messaging and adaptability, supported by case studies and guided discussions.

Overall, the session equipped participants with actionable tools to strengthen communication strategies and improve stakeholder engagement within their businesses.
