As part of its ongoing focus on meaningful member engagement, DBWC hosted a virtual session titled “When Everything Shifts: Let Your Values Lead,” delivered by Faten Ayyash from Brightfields.

The session created a space for members to reconnect with what drives their decisions and leadership approach. Through guided discussion and practical reflection, participants explored how clearly defined values can support more consistent, confident decision-making and strengthen professional presence.

By the end of the session, members had identified their core leadership values and outlined simple, actionable ways to integrate them into their day-to-day work, enabling them to lead with greater clarity, intention, and consistency.
