Translating AI Learning into Real-World Solutions: The sAIdaty Ideathon

The sAIdaty Ideathon marked a defining moment where learning moved decisively into application. Hosted at Oracle HQ, a select group of DBWC members translated months of structured AI upskilling into tangible, solution-driven concepts, demonstrating how deliberate capability building can generate meaningful business and societal impact.

The Ideathon challenged participants to integrate knowledge acquired across all three stages of the Oracle AI Core Programme and apply it to real-world use cases. In doing so, it reinforced the importance of industry-aligned learning pathways that move beyond theory and towards execution.

We congratulate the teams recognised for the clarity, relevance, and practicality of their solutions, and extend our appreciation to Oracle’s mentors and judges for their continued engagement and guidance throughout the sAIdaty journey. As an extension and concluding phase of the sAIdaty programme, the Ideathon reflected the shared commitment of the Dubai Business Women Council and Oracle to advancing practical AI readiness and strengthening women-led innovation through long-term, purpose-driven partnership.
