Since we first opened our doors 24 years ago , the Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) has been driven by a singular, unwavering mission: to empower, educate, and elevate the women who shape Dubai’s economic landscape.

When I established this Council, the goal was to create a sanctuary for professional growth, a place where opportunity meets partnership. Today, looking at the incredible strides our community has made, I am more inspired than ever by your resilience and innovation.

A Sustainable Future for Our Community

To ensure we continue providing the high-caliber education, exclusive initiatives opportunities, and strategic partnerships you deserve, the DBWC is entering a new chapter. For the first time in over two decades, we are adjusting our membership rates.

Effective January 2026, the annual membership fee will be AED 1,500.

This decision was made with deep consideration for our long-term objectives. This adjustment allows us to reinvest in the resources that matter most to you, cutting-edge development programs, expanded global network access, and enhanced support systems that align with the evolving demands of today’s market.

Members who have already renewed their membership at the previous fee prior to this announcement will continue to enjoy their membership benefits until their current membership term expires.

A Call for Greater Involvement

Beyond the numbers, my true hope is for a deeper, more vibrant involvement from each of you. The Council’s strength does not come from its leadership alone, but from the collective wisdom and participation of its members. I encourage you to engage more deeply with our initiatives, as your contribution is vital for the "larger good" of our community.
