Where Purpose Meets Innovation: The sAIdaty Ideathon by DBWC and Oracle

Innovation doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens when bright minds come together with purpose. That’s exactly what unfolded when the Dubai Business Women Council and Oracle teamed up once again to launch the sAIdaty Ideathon , a challenge designed to turn curiosity about AI into real, actionable impact.

This initiative invited members to reimagine how AI can solve everyday business challenges, improve operations, and open doors to smarter, more sustainable growth. The response was remarkable: 33 members stepped forward with ideas that blended creativity, strategy, and technology.

Throughout November, our members will immerse themselves in Design Thinking and AI workshops, refine their ideas through video pitch submissions, and advance to the top five finalist stage, where they’ll receive exclusive one-on-one mentorship from Oracle’s AI experts before presenting their final solutions at Oracle’s Dubai headquarters.

The sAIdaty Ideathon isn’t just another program ; it’s a movement proving that innovation becomes meaningful when it’s guided by purpose and powered by collaboration.
