From Breaking Point to Breakthrough – OWL Talks Featuring DBWC Member

OWL Talks, an initiative by the OWL Community (Oracle Women’s Leadership) in the UAE, was created to foster connection and inspiration by sharing personal stories of success, learning, and growth. These stories empowered participants, promoted understanding, and built an inclusive workplace where members could grow together and drive positive change.
The OWL Talks session took place on at Oracle Headquarters, under the theme From Breaking Point to Breakthrough. The session featured Kanwal Shahzad, founder of Digidot, a DBWC member and a sAIdaty participant, who shared her remarkable journey with sAIdaty. To support Kanwal, members of DBWC’s sAIdaty program were invited to attend and be inspired by the powerful stories shared, which highlighted the importance of resilience, community, and learning from challenges to achieve growth.
