Hand in Hand: Candid Conversations with Emirati Women Leaders

To mark Emirati Women’s Day, the Dubai Business Women Council, in partnership with Dubai Chambers, hosted an intimate morning under the theme “Hand in Hand.” Bringing together DBWC members and Dubai Chambers’ women professionals, the session was moderated by Nadine Halabi de Francesca, Head of Business Development & Operations at DBWC, and featured candid conversations with Hind Al Mulla, Founder & Creative Director of Home Bakery, and Noora Alabbar, Director of Marketing & Communication at the Abrahamic Family House and Head of International Media Engagement at the Government of Dubai Media Office. The speakers reflected on pivotal moments, bold decisions, and the leadership lessons behind them, spotlighting collaboration, authenticity, mentorship, and resilience. The event reaffirmed our shared commitment to empowering Emirati women and advancing progress, hand in hand.
