The Dubai Business Women Council and Amazon Web Services Present: Mastering Amazon's Culture of Innovation

The latest event hosted by the Dubai Business Women Council in collaboration with AWS, titled "Amazon Culture of Innovations," was a success. The workshop provided an in-depth exploration of Amazon's unique approach to innovation, focusing on its use of technology and team organization. Participants learned about the four elements driving Amazon's innovation: Culture, Mechanisms, Architecture, and Organization. The session covered Amazon’s Leadership Principles, the Working Backwards methodology, and the concept of 2-Pizza Teams. Led by AWS Partner Sales Leader Bashar Yaieesh, the workshop highlighted how Amazon's customer-centric mission and Growth Flywheel strategy foster continuous innovation. Engaging discussions and practical examples equipped participants with knowledge to leverage digital innovation in their organizations.
