An enlightening workshop took place, shedding light on Amazon's unique culture of innovation. Discussions centred around Amazon's renowned Leadership Principles, the innovative concept of "Working Backwards," and the efficiency of 2-Pizza Teams.

Attendees gained invaluable insights into the company's growth flywheel and its unwavering commitment to being Earth's most customer-centric company. The session also addressed pressing inquiries from AWS customers regarding Amazon's innovation strategies. Key topics included the importance of starting with the customer and working backward, as well as the mechanisms facilitating input and output within the organization. Moreover, participants explored how Amazon's architecture supports and accelerates the pace of innovation.
