In line with the partnership between the Dubai Business Women Council  and University of Manchester, the Council hosted an enlightening session led by Professor Dawn Holmes from the University of Manchester. This session entitled “Managing Customer Experience” was centred around the crucial theme of customer experience management. Professor Holmes, with her wealth of knowledge and expertise, guided participants in understanding the importance of seeing their businesses through the lens of their customers. The key takeaways were twofold: first, to continually strive to improve the customer experience, and second, to extend these principles beyond business to benefit individual careers. This event not only empowered attendees with fresh insights into their enterprises but also equipped them with valuable tools for personal growth and professional development. Professor Holmes' session was a crucial for these businesswomen, enabling them to navigate the dynamic business landscape more effectively and ensure lasting success.
