In line with the partnership between the Dubai Business Women Council  and University of Manchester, the Council hosted an enlightening session led by Professor Dawn Holmes from the University of Manchester. This session entitled “Managing Customer Experience” was centred around the crucial theme of customer experience management. Professor Holmes, with her wealth of knowledge and expertise, guided participants in understanding the importance of seeing their businesses through the lens of their customers.
