Insights from Leading Women Entrepreneurs: A Transformative Panel Discussion with DBWC Members

The DBWC provides its members with the opportunity to engage and share their challenges and experiences with others. Some of the DBWC members were invited to participate in an online panel discussion organized by Nissreen Barakat, an Assistant Professor from Rennes School of Business. During the panel discussion, the women entrepreneurs shared their personal experiences, challenges, and triumphs in entrepreneurship with the students of the EMBA program. Nissreen expressed her gratitude for DBWC's support in bringing together exceptional women entrepreneurs for the panel discussion. She also appreciated the council's role in supporting women in business and aimed to shed light on successful women entrepreneurs in the Middle East, which is relatively unknown to some European students. The conversation reflected the collaborative efforts to promote women entrepreneurship in the UAE, providing an enriching experience for both the panelists and the students. It served as an opportunity to inspire and educate the students through real-life experiences of successful women entrepreneurs.
