In an event open to members and non-members, both men and women, entitled: “The Future of Work: Leading the Revolution!” International speaker Kate Barker highlighted how technology, longevity, and social change are reshaping work landscapes, and how it's crucial to prepare for the future of work and build the necessary ways of working needed to thrive in a new digital era. Attendees had the chance to discover how changes to the future of work will impact their own organization, and to create an action plan to address specific challenges. Building resilience for the future was also emphasized, with a comprehensive understanding of the trends affecting the future of work. Additionally, the session examined how other organizations have prepared for the future of work, and how attendees could build their own company's blueprint for a future-focused work strategy.
