The first panel discussion and networking event organized by the Dubai Business Women Council together with its partner INSEAD National Alumni Association was held last Tuesday, February 1 entitled ‘Bridging the Talent Gap Across Industries through a Gender lens’. The panel discussion was moderated by Gabriela Janzen-Nowak, INSEAD NAA UAE WiB Co-Lead and was participated by three panellists namely, Nesreen Srouji, CEO, Middle East, Amundi Asset Management, Nabil Almessabi, Chief Human Resources Officer, TAQA, and Onur Kirazci, Vice President of Customer Success for Middle East, Turkey and Africa, Sandvine who shed the light on the different perspectives on diversity and inclusion from Financial Services & Asset Management, Energy and Technology sectors.
