“It is considered a primary factor for a business to include a socially responsible and environmentally sound policies as core elements of their business growth strategy. A sustainable business is one whose purpose and actions are equally grounded in financial, environmental and social concerns. However it is also very important to remain adaptable and open to the ongoing change while being innovative.” said Nadine
In her final remarks, Nadine chose to focus on the importance of ‘staying human’ and leading with empathy. With everything around us shifting rapidly, it is always important for leaders to go back to basics and to lead with compassion and empathy along with compatibility.
