The Ameliorate Group and Dubai Business Women Council are joining their superpowers to accelerate the female Dubai Business Community.

Representing the DBWC, Nadine Halabi, Business Development Manager, Dubai Business Women Council ( DBWC) highlighted that  the partnership with companies such as The Ameliorate Group is in line with the Council’s ongoing effort to support businesswomen and entrepreneurs in Dubai. The DBWC is committed to the ongoing development of business women in the community and is dedicated to help them overcome the current challenges while contributing to their professional success.

Women have unique habits and superpowers that can both aid and block their success. Hence both entities decided to establish their partnership on their shared belief that people have more potential than they bring to the table and are committed to make a difference for the women in Dubai.

The Ameliorate Group is a Corporate Training and Executive Coaching Consultancy, who focus on learning solutions for teams, leaders and women in the workplace, run by its two female co-founders, Simone Lawrence and Melissa Schlimm.
