Dubai Business Women Council is the proud “Local Host” of How Women Rise Summit that will be held in Dubai in September 2020

The Dubai Business Women Council hosted a briefing session on “How Women Rise Summit 2020” in collaboration with the Ameliorate Group and Justus&Otto who will bring the world renowned author of bestselling book “How Women Rise : Break the 12 Habits Holding You Back” , Sally Helgesen to Dubai in September 2020 .

Women face specific and unique roadblocks as they advance in the workplace. The very habits that helped women early in their careers can hinder them as they move up.

How do we move up?

By understanding the habits and encouraging the right level of behavioral adaptation necessary, to work in different ways and operate on a bigger playing field.

By unlocking, the potential of women, which positively impact organizations and by helping men understand their part in this journey and through joining in the dialog.

By prioritizing these unique development needs as an organization and becoming a part of the solution to advance women in the workplace.
