The Ince & Co conducted their fifth and final session on April 9^th for the members of the council. Rita Jansen, Partner - Ince & Co Middle East LLP discussed the pitfalls to be aware of when using social media as your business platform and also how to protect your business from the cyber-attacks which are on the rise in the region.

Rita has more than 25 years of experience. She advises start-ups, regional and international companies on domestic, regional and international corporate and commercial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and disposal of companies, businesses and assets. Rita also has extensive experience in advising on projects and real estate developments, construction dispute resolution and commercial litigation. Rita is based in the UAE but covers the greater MENA region.

Rita’s talk was followed by real life examples from the former bank manager and insurance-specialist Annemarie Retera who is now General Manager and founder of JustKidding. Annemarie manages not only just kidding stores in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, with help of a team of 50+ people, but also the company’s webshop.
