The fourth exclusive session of INCE & CO to DBWC members was hosted last March 19th, 2018 entitled How to Keep your friends close: reasons for having written contracts and tips for drafting good contracts. This was facilitated by Rita Jansen, Partner-Ince & Co Middle East who discussed practical tips for structuring contractual frameworks for new or existing business. Contracts are an essential element of any commercial venture. Whether contracting with your suppliers, landlords, business partners or clients, having solid contract templates can make or break a successful business.
