On February 12^th Ince & Co hosted the 4^th session by Rita Jansen, Partner-Ince&Co Middle East who discussed what to do in the UAE to make sure that you get paid for your work. Varsha spoke about Intellectual Property (IP) and what your options are when things go wrong and also explained the importance to register your trademark and ways to protect IP in the event of bankruptcy of a UAE entity.
