The three-part whole day sessions of Ultimate Executive Women Program by Ghada Othman went well and was participated by DBWC members who went through a screening process in order to qualify. This amazing program aims to develop the growth mind-set & skills sets of women in business to unlock their potential in order to breakthrough to the next level in their careers and flourish in their personal lives. A lot of activities were done and one of those is the Leadership Aspiration Art wherein the members were given a chance to express their leadership aspiration through painting.

Ghada Othman herself offered the ladies who will complete the 3-day workshop session with a one to one executive coaching/mentoring session and an access to the online UEW community to share ideas, ongoing learnings and network with peers
