An entrepreneurs’ dream is to start their own business. In order to do so, they must take the time to learn about various legal matters, such as obtaining certain licenses and permits before officially beginning business operations. Edouard Salwan, Senior Associate at BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP, mentored the participants on the 3rd day of the Mind Cloud Academy Programme which focused on Governance and Legal matters such as writing the terms of any joint venture agreement with a founder, investor or company partner, as well as good corporate governance in order to make sure that everything is taken care of so that there is no need to worry about running in to trouble with the law.

The subject of Sales and Operations was discussed by Christian Farioli, CDO, Digital Marketing Trainer & Keynote Speaker, on 8 July. He stressed upon selection of ideal distribution channels and optimal go-to-market approaches. Participants learned what it is to manage channels and Sales Force as key aspects in business operations and important activities involved in a day to day functions of business conducted for the purpose of generating profits.
