On April 10, the DBWC’s Business Development manager Mrs. Nadine Halabi gave an overview on the DBWC’s mission and objectives as well as on one of the initiatives of the council at the Irish Business Network meeting, which is gender balance. “We need to engage the men in the journey of empowerment and DBWC is the platform where people come together men and women and discuss the right solutions on how to push women up the career ladder" Mrs. Halabi said.

The DBWC looks forward to future collaborations with the Irish Business network who acts as a support system to the business women community in Dubai and the region.
